The true cardholder is fully held responsible for all purchases made on their credit card or PayPal account from any minors. Any purchase made using your credit card or PayPal Account will be assumed to be approved and authorized by you. Please keep your credit card or PayPal Account safe and monitor the use of your credit card or PayPal Account carefully. You are responsible for all additional users of your credit card or PayPal Account including but not limited to your children. Continued use of our websites, including playing our games, constitutes your agreement to this condition.

We will refund duplicate purchases that were made by mistake if we are
notified within 30 days. However, if the character(s) have been played or Nova Gems have been spent, we will not issue a refund. We do not refund for technical issues.
There are no refunds available after 30 days or if the upgrades have been used.
Any refunds made are at the sole discretion of our Customer Service Department.
If there are any refunds, disputes or chargebacks made on behalf of a player's account, that account - and any associated accounts - may be permanently disabled. Our policy is based on that idea that if a user gets the benefit of gameplay, and a user takes up our system resources by using the game, then a refund is simply not appropriate.
If you feel there has been a payment made in error, please provide us with the information listed below.
To assist us, please provide us with:
- First & Last Name
- Date & Amount of each transaction
- the PayPal transaction ID or ClickAndBuy transaction ID
Be sure to COPY & PASTE the PayPal transaction id or the ClickAndBuy transaction ID into the email response that you send us. PayPal transaction ids are case sensitive, and they will show up as invalid if you do not copy and paste them exactly as PayPal writes them.
Please be aware that we cannot initiate transactions from our end; we
can only receive them. This is because we use secure third party
services such as PayPal, our Secure Credit Card System and PayByCash
who receives your payment information, we never receive your payment
information. This means that we cannot bill you. We cannot charge you.
We can only receive a payment from you. We never receive your credit
card number.
