We accept PayPal, PaySafeCard, CherryCredits, PayByCash, or Mail in Payments.
We do not accept any other forms of payment than the ones listed on this page. We do not accept SMS, payment by phone, payment by email, nor do we bill you.
We recommend that you use PayPal, as it is the fastest way to buy a Star Captain Upgrade or NovaGems. It is also FREE to set up a PayPal account.
We have used PayPal for the last few years because it easy, safe, and owned by eBay. To make a purchase via PayPal simply go to the link above and enter your username and password to start the process. Once your character is upgraded, you will receive an email confirmation letter.
PayPal will allow most people to set up an account that will allow them to pay by debit card, credit card, echeck or instant bank transfer. PayPal upgrades are instantaneous once PayPal receives your payment. For more information about PayPal, please visit http://www.PayPal.com
Note: If you choose to pay with a payment option where PayPal has to wait for the payment to clear, such as with an echeck, you will be upgraded only after the payment has cleared.
For more information about PaySafeCard please go to www.paysafecard.com. You can pay cash for a paysafecard with no bank or credit card needed or personal details. You can then use the paysafecard on our site.
If you choose to pay with PayByCash or one of its affiliates, you need to contact PayByCash to see how long it will take for your upgrade to go through. We upgrade an account as soon as PayByCash tells us that they receive your payment. You can contact PayByCash's customer service by email.
Note: If you choose to pay with a payment option where PayByCash has to wait for the payment to clear, such as with an echeck or mail in payment, you will be upgraded only after the payment has cleared.
We now accept Cherry Credits for payment. Cherry Credits can be used by the following places: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong.
If you have any issues using PayPal or PayByCash, or feel more comfortable doing it the old fashioned way, you can send a check or money order using our printable mail in form.
Please note, we do not accept checks or money orders of any sort from Australia or New Zealand, even if the amount is in USD. If you live in one of those two countries, we recommend that you use PayPal.
Currency Conversion Help
Visit www.xe.com if you want to pay in any other currency than USD. Remember, if the amount is, for example $19.95 USD and it equals 23.25 in your currency, you round that up to 24.00.
If you cannot print out the mail in form, you can write the information neatly by hand. That form is used no matter what currency you are sending, so just put USD = the amount in your currency if you are not sending USD. You must use the information from the mail in form because it includes your character id number, which is critical for upgrading your account. We recommend that you use Delivery Confirmation so that you can track your letter from your home to our office. We then process your letter. Once it has been processed, we will upgrade your account. This can take a few days.
A lot of people have written asking if they can send cash. Although some people have sent their upgrade in that way, it is much safer to get a money order from your local convenience store. Postal mail can take a while, especially if you are overseas, so allow a few weeks for your payment to arrive. You will receive an email confirmation letter once you are upgraded. If you send cash, you do so at your own risk.
Please keep in mind that we have no control over postal mail and are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Also, keep in mind that it takes us time to process each letter.
Our recommendation for the fastest, safest upgrade is to use PayPal.
